Consumer Guarantee
 
All purchases from this site are covered by the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 which guarantees that any goods purchased for personal use may be returned, if they are considered faulty, for repair, replacement or refund of purchase price within a reasonable period of time as defined by Act.
 
New Zealand Delivery

We aim to delivery your order within three working days of receiving payment.  Delivery to rural areas may take longer.  Delivery of your parcel may be delayed at certain times of the year (eg Christmas) or by factors beyond our control such as weather or road conditions.  If your order has not arrived after five working days please email us at contact@allergypharmacy.co.nz and we will track it for you.

Orders Over $70 are sent freight free in urban NZ ($3 rural)! Orders under this value are charged a delivery fee of $6.00 ($9 rural).

Orders are sent by signature required courier.  If you think you will not be home when the package is delivered you may want to consider getting it sent to a work address.  Alternatively we can make the package "no signature required" for you but we cannot take responsibility for these items if they go missing.

International Delivery

Allergypharmacy.co.nz is happy to ship products internationally (with the exclusion of pharmacist only and prescription medicines).  If you would like us to quote on freight to your homeland send us an enquiry via the contacts page. 

Freight to Australia, UK and Japan are listed as options on the check-out page.  Please be aware that these are indicative charges only and if the postal quote for your order exceeds this amount we will hold your order and contact you to discuss options.  We also cannot be responsible for any tax or customs duty incurred by your parcel at your destination country.
 
Exchanges and Refunds

We hope you will be delighted with your purchases from allergypharmacy.co.nz. We want you to be 100% satisfied.
 
If you have changed your mind, we will exchange or refund goods that are in a resalable condition, i.e. unopened and unused. Unfortunately, we are not able to exchange or refund products which have been used unless they are faulty (see policy below).
 
If you would like to exchange your order please follow the instructions below:

Telephone us on 0508 ALLERGY (2553749) or email contact@allergypharmacy.co.nz and tell us the nature of your return.  Return the products in their original packaging within 10 days to:

We recommend that you return your package using signature required Courier. If you use general post your package will not be insured and Allergypharmacy.co.nz cannot accept liability if it is damaged or goes missing.
 
We can only refund postage costs where the return is a result of our error.
 
Damaged or defective merchandise and incorrect orders

If your purchase arrives damaged or defective, or if we have sent you the wrong product, please ring us on 0508 ALLERGY (2553749) or email contact@allergypharmacy.co.nz within 10 days of purchase. We will happily replace or exchange the items to the value of your order.
 
Call us on 0508 ALLERGY (2553749) or email contact@allergypharmacy.co.nz and tell us the nature of your return.  We will arrange for a courier to collect the package at a convenient time. We offer to replace or exchange the items to the value of your order.
 
Please do not post your return back to us using general post as you will not be insured for its loss if it is damaged or goes missing.
