We aim to deliver your order within three working days of receiving payment. Delivery to rural areas may take longer. Delivery of your parcel may be delayed at certain times of the year (e.g. Christmas) or by factors beyond our control such as weather or road conditions. If your order has not arrived after five working days please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or phone 0508 ALLERGY (2553749) and we will track it for you.
Orders over $70 are sent freight free NZ. Orders under this value are charged a delivery fee of $6.00.
Orders are sent by signature required courier. If you think you will not be home when the package is delivered you may want to consider getting it sent to a work address. Alternatively we can make the package "no signature required" for you but we cannot take responsibility for these items if they go missing.
Saturday delivery is available in most areas for a small additional charge. Contact the courier company on 0800 COURIER (0800 268 743) to find out if this service is available in your area.
Saturday Delivery has a targeted delivery by 12 midday. Saturday Delivery is unavailable to rural addresses.
allergypharmacy.co.nz is happy to ship products internationally (with the exclusion of pharmacy only, pharmacist only, and prescription medicines). If you order one of these medicines to have us ship outside NZ, we will contact you to cancel the order. If you would like us to quote on freight to your country send us an enquiry via the contacts page.
Freight to Australia, UK and Japan are listed as options on the check-out page. Please be aware that these are indicative charges only and if the postal quote for your order exceeds this amount we will immediately contact you to discuss options.
We are not responsible for any tax or customs duty incurred by your parcel at your destination country.
