All purchases from allergypharmacy.co.nz are covered by the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. We guarantee that if any goods purchased for personal use are not fit for purpose, we will accept the returned goods within a reasonable period of time for repair, replacement or refund of the purchase price, as defined by Act.
Exchanges and Refunds
We hope you will be delighted with your purchases from allergypharmacy.co.nz. We want you to be 100% satisfied.
If you have changed your mind, we may exchange or refund goods that are in a resaleable condition, i.e. unopened and unused. We are not able to exchange or refund products which have been used unless they are faulty (see policy below).
If you would like to exchange your order please follow the instructions below:
Return the products in their original packaging within 10 days to:

We recommend that you return your package using signature required Courier. If you use general post your package will not be insured and we cannot accept liability if it is damaged or goes missing.
We can only refund postage costs where the return is a result of our error.
Damaged or defective merchandise and incorrect orders:
If your purchase arrives damaged or defective, or if we have sent you the wrong product, please contact us on 0508 ALLERGY (2553749) or firstname.lastname@example.org within 10 days of purchase and we will happily rectify the problem.
You are welcome to place your order with us over the phone, however for us to be as efficient as possible- and to keep our prices as low as we can- we prefer it if you place your order online. Phone orders may attract a $10 administration fee. If you are unsure, give us a call (free!) to clarify.
