Consumer Guarantee

All purchases from are covered by the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. We guarantee that if any goods purchased for personal use are not fit for purpose, we will accept the returned goods within a reasonable period of time for repair, replacement or refund of the purchase price, as defined by Act.

Exchanges and Refunds

We hope you will be delighted with your purchases from, however if you have changed your mind we may exchange or refund goods that are in a resaleable condition (i.e. unopened and unused) at our discretion. We are not able to exchange or refund products which have been used unless they are faulty (as per the Consumer Guarantees Act). We are unable to accept any medications (including EpiPens) for a refund or exchange unless they are faulty/damaged.

If you would like to exchange your order please follow the instructions below:
  1. Contact us on 03 441 0590 or and tell us the nature of your return.
  2. Return the products in their original packaging within 10 days to:
    • Allergy Pharmacy
    • Cnr of Brecon and Isle Street
    • Queenstown 9300

We recommend that you return your package using a Signature-Required Courier parcel. If you use general post your package will not be insured and we cannot accept liability if it is damaged or goes missing.

We can only refund postage costs where the return is a result of our error.

Damaged or defective merchandise and incorrect orders:
If your purchase arrives damaged or defective, or if we have sent you the wrong product, please contact us on 03 441 0590 or within 10 days of purchase and we will happily rectify the problem.

Phone Orders
You are welcome to place your order with us over the phone, however for us to be as efficient as possible and to keep our prices as low as we can- we prefer it if you place your order online. Phone orders may attract a $10 administration fee. If you are unsure, contact us to clarify.
