Solgar Multiple Fibre provides a blend of natural fibres to increase intake of dietary fibre.  Modern diets are often low in fibre leading to sluggish bowel function and poor bowel health.  Studies also show low fibre diets are associated with poor cardiovascular health and blood sugar balance.  Multiple Fibre capsules contain both soluble and insoluble fibres from Oat Bran, Flaxseed, Psyllium and Pectin for a broad spectrum fibre supply to aid healthy bowel function and overall wellbeing.  Ensure water intake is increased when taking fibre supplements.
