Gilly's Skin Balm is 100% natural and aimed at helping anyone with eczema, psoriasis, dermatitis, nappy rash and is also great for cold sores, cracked heels, infections, itchy spots on animals and a lip balm!

Ease the itch
Colloidal Oatmeal has 'anti itch' properties that may provide relief for itchy skin.

Help combat inflammation
Colloidal Silver and Iodine may help to combat any bacteria on the skin that is aggravating the itch/scratch cycle.

Provide hydration and a barrier
Beeswax, Olive Oil and Colloidal Oatmeal all work to provide adequate hydration for the skin as well as a barrier against irritants. 

Essential fatty acids
Baobab Oil is a rich source of essential fatty acids and it also anti-inflammatory.
