Pinetarsol solution is a soap free cleanser (pH 6.5) that can be used as an adjunct treatment to help relieve itch and inflamed skin conditions including, dermatitis, fungal infections, anal and genital itching and other skin irritations. Pinetarsol solution is a soap alternative, avoid using soap as this may irritate dry and inflamed skin
