Solgar® Vitamin D3 400 IU (10 μg) Softgels is a premium formula delivering vitamin D in the form that is easiest to use by the body – D3. Supporting optimal wellbeing, the benefits of the “sunshine vitamin” are numerous and well documented, but particularly for immune health.

With over a billion people worldwide with very low levels of vitamin DVitamin D is a fat-soluble vitamin that is required to promote calcium absorption, which helps to maintain healthy bones and teeth. Solgar’s Vitamin D3 is a highly absorbable vitamin D. Obtained from the sunlight or vitamin D rich foods - over a billion people worldwide have very low levels of vitamin D. In addition to changing your diet and lifestyle, taking a vitamin D supplement is a good way to top up, especially in winter months.

Vitamin D supports:

RECOMMENDED DOSE
[400iu] One (1) softgel daily, preferably at mealtimes or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.

Vitamin D3 (400 IU, from fish liver oil and cholecalciferol) 10 μg

[1000iu] One (1) softgel daily, preferably at mealtimes or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.

Each softgel provides:

Vitamin D3 (1000 IU, from fish liver oil and cholecalciferol) 25 μg

Non-Active Ingredients: Bulking Agent: safflower oil, Softgel Capsule Shell: gelatin (from bovine), vegetable glycerin

[1000iu chews] For adults and children 4 years and up one (1) chewable tablet daily, preferably at mealtimes or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Strawberry Banana flavour.

Each chewable tablet provides:

Vitamin D3 (1000 IU, as cholecalciferol) 25 μ g

Non-Active Ingredients: Bulking Agents: sucrose, fructose, xylitol, microcrystalline cellulose, food starch, dextrose, maltodextrin, Anti-caking Agents: vegetable stearic acid, silicon dioxide, vegetable magnesium stearate, Flavours: natural strawberry, natural banana, Flavour Enhancer: malic acid, citric acid.
